As long as cricket boards keep fighting lone battle the top three will keep bullying the rest of boards and finally get a vote in favor.
All these 3 boards (PCB, CSA & WICB) need to take a united stand. All these 3 countries have a rich cricketing tradition. If these 3 boards get united, smaller boards n assosiates may also join...
But as soon as these 3 boards issue a joint statement.. the proposal will die immature death
