Listening to Shoaib and Yousuf on TV the other night, I was struck by the fact that they as players believe that the Coach should adjust to the players and not the other way around!
So there was talk of how the Coach needs to get the best out of the players by being their friend whilst their seems to be no onus on players to simply do what they have been hired to do - play to the best of their ability!
