Given Pakistan's current state of affairs, it really does not have the financial clout of the likes of India/Australia/England.
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, WI and NZ also dont have the financial backbone of the Big 3.
Question really is whether in pure terms of earning power, does the game need the likes of Pakistan, New Zealand or WI? What value do these countries have other than providing worthy opponents to the people with the money and the power to run Intl Cricket?
