Islamabad United Innings: In typical Islamabad fashion they started well but then their innings petered out, such has been the story for them in PSL so far. From looking certs for 180 they finished at 152/6, Khalid Latif and Misbah were the highlights for them. The former with a very good innings but failed to finish the 20 overs in style. The Captain was back as well and made a very good 32 with some massive sixes off Afridi's bowling. Asghar was the pick of the bowlers, yet again, and bowled tightly and smartly without giving away many runs.

FOW:

1-27 (Watson , 4.3 overs)
2-73 (S Khan , 9.6 overs)
3-130 (Misbah , 16.5 overs)
4-135 (A Russell , 17.3 overs)
5-146 (K Latif , 18.4 overs)
6-146 (Asif Ali , 19.1 overs)

Peshawar Zalmi Innings : The inform Tamim and Hafeez started with a bang again and Tamim continued that after Hafeez's dismissal. Zalmi played with a plan and kept well within the run rate. United bowled well but with 152 on board they were never going to challenge on such a flat wicket. Tamim played wonderfully and proved that he can be a very good finisher too. In the end Zalmi chased the total down with total ease.

FOW:

1-36 (M Hafeez , 4.4 overs)
2-63 (J Allenby , 8.1 overs)
3-93 (K Akmal , 11.6 overs)

Match summary: Like Quetta, Zalmi are coasting and both are level with each other at number one after five games and are easily looking the best two teams out there. Islamabad's bowling is decent however their issue is their poor batting, who doesn't seem to click all at once. This result leaves them in the top four and two points clear of bottom placed Lahore.
