Speaking to PakPassion.net experienced middle order batsman Misbah ul Haq stated that losing the vice captaincy role to Shahid Afridi will not affect him.
“I’m very much a team man and losing the vice captaincy will not affect me as an individual or my input into the team” said Misbah.

Speaking to PakPassion.net experienced middle order batsman Misbah ul Haq stated that losing the vice captaincy role to Shahid Afridi will not affect him.
“I’m very much a team man and losing the vice captaincy will not affect me as an individual or my input into the team” said Misbah.
Misbah who has just completed a very mediocre tour of Sri Lanka and whose place was under threat for the Champions Trophy further added "Its not a problem that I am no longer the vice captain and I will fully support both Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan and if they need my advice I am always available to them".
Misbah who will be desperate to regain some form during the Champions Trophy tournament further added "I have played under a number of different captains and vice captains and have always given my full backing to them, it will be no different this time around".
