I quote Rashid "Well I havent really had a chance to play many games for Rawalpindi, as they have had bowlers like Akhtar Ayub, Yasir Ali and Yasir Arafat in their squad. I've been playing a lot of club cricket and Grade 2 cricket.

However now that the Quaid E Azam trophy is incorporating regional teams and departmental teams means that I finally got my chance for Rawalpindi, as a lot of the Pindi boys are playing for KRL.

I own my own cricket club in Rawalpindi called Basit Gymkhana, where I am trying to give young players some exposure and hopefully some of the boys will get a chance to eventually play some first class cricket.

I'm a Level 1 qualified coach and am hoping to do my Level 2 soon. I'd like to play for a couple more years and then take up coaching full time.
