Category A , B and C with A having the senior players etc.

The ICC takes care of the payroll instead of the national boards.

As the clock turns to the 26th May and Umar Akmal reaches the age of 24. Will we start to see the best of Umar? Will we see him return to the Test format, a format that he last featured in September 2011. Will marriage settle him down and we'll see less of the off-field issues that the media has been preying on? So far we've seen glimpses of his talent, but will we now start seeing the best of Umar Akmal?

In the period of 12 months, we have seen Zaka Ashraf become Chairman 3 times and Najem Sethi as chairman 3 times. Surprisingly, we have had no captaincy changes in our camp for which our team is more famous for.
