Just when it looked Pakistan are back to their best with Mohammed Aamer and Mohammed Asif emerging as the best new ball bowling pair in the world and Salman Butt appeared to be a leader pakistan were looking for, all three get banned for spot fixing, Pakistan still did well but what could have been a WC triumph ended in a semi final loss.

For the first time in a long time I thought pakistan have settled on a very experienced and professional coching staff in Waqar Younis, Grant Flower and Mushtaq Ahmed who can make a real diference for Pakistan during the WC, but once again it' s all messed up thanks to the circus going on within the PCB.

I am quite sure Amla will be the better tactician between them as I was not impressed at all by ABDV's captaincy in LOI's. Then as a player, these days ABDV is ahead and more in confidence than Amla even in Test cricket. And confidence as a player is something needed to make the right decisions.
