Most of the teams have a weak fielder(s). Irfan, Razzaq forbpak or Ushant dharma in India. The captains try to find a fielding position where he won't be busy much. Is it a specific position or depends on the batsman. I be seen that mostly its the fine leg where the weaker fielder is positioned.
I am sure everybody recalls how brilliantly Misbah started as captain. He was winning almost every game.
