Who would replace Farhat and Malik for the next game - assuming Pakistan management feels that the 2 should be discarded after one game!

"S.A would have to be Tsonga. IND - Djokovic, ENG - Nadal, AUS - Federer (agreed) NZ - Ferrer, SL - Murray, PAK - Del Potro (won something years ago but no one remembers), WI - maybe Berdych."

What do u guys think?

Disucss!

Its that we have no weak link. All the bowling options - Irfan, Junaid, Wahab, Ajmal and Hafeez are wicket-taking bowlers. Do you agree?

With all the talent that he has, Asad Shafiq has not been able to live up to the expectations, especially in the ODI format.

Does his batting style suit the longer version of the game or will he come through in ODIs?

Pakistani ODI lineup needs a complete change or so this thread suggests!

It appears that Pakistan will not be able to emulate the explosive starts that have been provided by other teams - maybe its time to go back to the basics that won us World Cup in 1992?

Difficult to see anything apart from the return to form of Nasir Jamshed and the continued rise of Misbah--ul-Haq as well as the superior bowling perofmance.

Is that we have no weak link. I'm loving watching the current attack - all our serious wicket taking bowlers. Irfan, Junaid, Wahab, Ajmal and Hafeez.

Our strongest attack in ODI history? I know we had Wasim and Waqar, but Waqar was poor by the time Shoaib arrived. Saqlain equaled Ajmal. But that was still 3 bowlers maximum who were genuine wicket takers. I cant remember a time when ALL 5 were awesome.

Good times.
