Today Misbah scored his 14th ODI fifty in 2013 previous record of most ODI fifties in a year was 13 by Kristen in 2000 and Sachin in 2007.
Misbah now got 1274 ODI runs in 2013 with an average of 55+

India need a fast bowling all rounder outside asia otherwise these 3 fast bowlers will break down with the load and no offense but ashwin is not a good enough spinner outside asia to take wickets or contain.

The Test Championship should be a true Championship, ie a Test League, based on home and away matches between every Test country in a four year period 'season'.
To make it fair, make every series a minimum of 3 Tests, and for those series, such as the Ashes, where it's more than 3 Tests, only the first three Tests count towards the Test League.
The winner will be based on a one-off Test Match final between the top two in the League at the end of the four year 'season'.

Graeme Smith with his awful technique opens the batting for S.Africa, always try to fetch ball outside off-stump to on-side, easily gets beaten in first few overs with new ball when its swinging and looks extremely perplexed. But somehow he has managed to play 112 test matches and has even captained S.africa in more than 100 matches and not just that he averages around 50 in test matches with 27 tons!
What do you make of his performances, is he lucky to survive in International Cricket or is it something else?

250+ on the board - that's all you needed to do in the South Africa series - the bowlers would have done the rest!
It's amazing to see how SA have been brought to their knees by a bowling attack which isn't considered as good as Pakistans' - just because Indian batsmen had the wherewithal to stand up and be counted.
