He got 89 wickets in 2011, 95 wickets in 2012 and now 80 wickets in 2013 and there are still 2 months remaining with many matches so let's see if he can touch 100 mark this year and remain the highest wicket taker!

We have had some Legendary All-rounders, but all of them seem to fast/medium fast

But, we haven't had a truly spin ATG all-rounder. Sobers comes close, but he too was a part-time spinner. In the modern day we have Shakib who has the potential, but I doubt he will become ATG. Vettori was another, but again hardly a legend/ATG.
Despite the south asian pitches being conducive to spin, why have we not had TEST all rounders.
On the other hand, ODIs/T20 has seen a couple of spin ATGs - Jayasuriya, and to an extent Yuvraj and Afirdi could be classified in that category.
