With our current openers (Jamshed & Shehzad) struggling to score and Shahid Afridi bowling poorly to go along with his unpredictable, inconsistent batting, we are in search of both - an all-rounder and an opener (or maybe a couple of openers). Now, Sohaib Maqsood has impressed in the only T20I he's played, and he's also impressed in domestic cricket. If I recall correctly, I saw him hit a ton in ODIs in domestic cricket earlier this year, and that too while opening.
