Saeed Ajmal is the senior most bowler in the team but who will lead the attack in the Champions Trophy?

It appears that Malik has been assigned to be the hitter in the last 10 overs and bowl a few overs. Is this a good move?

Pakistan !

Pakistan.....of course.

Former World Cup winners.
Former World T20 champions.

Can they add the ICC Champions Trophy to their list of ICC tournament wins?

With the first two test matches being drawn, the 3rd and final test match of the series was of significant value for both teams alike. West Indies had won the toss and put Pakistan into bat.  As Pakistan's top order collapsed, Mohammad Yousuf (then known as Yousuf Youhana) anchored the innings scoring an unbeaten 103*.

The Pakistani batsmen had provided the bowlers with a sizeable target to defend, but a lethargic effort in the field and some confident Irish batting prevented them registering the victory.

OUT!

As he does on many lists, Muttiah Muralitharan leads the way on the number of wickets in the Champions Trophy with 24 wickets from 15 innings in which he bowled.

Right behind him is New Zealand's Kyle Mills with 22 wickets from 12 matches. Mills will almost certainly pass the Sri Lankan spinner and become the leading wicket-taker.

Specifically referring to spots #4 - #6, which middle-order batsman from Asad Shafiq, Misbah-ul-Haq, and Shoaib Malik/Umar Amin will be the first to score a century in either the matches leading up to the Champions Trophy?

Or do you think they will continue the drought?

No doubt, many would point to Nasir Jamshed as a batsman who they hold high expectations for, especially with the innings he showed us during the World Twenty20 and the series vs. India.

His 50-over returns recently have been very underwhelming, however. You could point to the fact that perhaps he is being exposed after leaving Asia, but as you see below, he wasn't scoring runs in Pakistan either.

What should Misbah-ul-Haq decide to do if he wins the toss in the 2nd and final ODI vs. Ireland?
