The 2014 version of the Domestic T20 Cup is due to start on the 6th of Feb. Sialkot have by far been the most successful of teams winning the tournament the most times. Lahore also have a strong squad packed with International players but it was Misbah's Faisalabad Wolves who won it last time. Follow all the progress and updates here:
A thread I've been wanting to start for a while. After the 5th ODI, Alistair Cook and Ashley Giles confirmed that England would be sending their T20 squad for the ODIs vs West Indies. The idea is to allow the squad to spend time with one another ahead of the T20 World Cup.
Personally I feel this is an excellent idea - i've actually always felt that the ODI side and T20 side should be the same (but that's a conversation for another thread).
I saw a tweet from David Lloyd in which he completely disagreed with the decision as he felt T20 players aren't equipped for ODIs.

Looking at recent performances New Zealand are looking like a well settled and strong unit for limited overs cricket. They have easily out classed the current world champions and also beat SouthAfrica on the away tour. With 2015 WC and 2014 T20 WC nearing New Zealand might just be peaking at right time to surprise people at these events.
India's performance away from home has come under heavy criticism due to their dismal performance on recent away tours. After their defeat against New Zealand, questions are arising regarding india's chances in World cup 2015. As the things stand now, India need lots of work to prepare for World cup defence.
