349 runs in his last 7 ODIs at an average of just under 70 for the skipper.

He's obviously Pakistan's in form batsman and will be one of Pakistan's key batsmen at the Champions Trophy.

In my opinion the skipper and coach should seriously consider batting at number 4 in the Champions Trophy.

Looks like the the Pakistani team selectors have made the wrong decisions leaving out experienced players. 

I don't believe we will score more than 250 runs in any match during the CT, I hope I'm proven wrong.

I don't know if it should be disbanded just yet: but make it once every 2 years maybe?

But really- it's future should be in question. I felt like I was watching real cricket wen I saw Eng v NZ highlights. 

Nobody is saying to scrap t20 but the whole tamasha of Bollywood stars owning franchises and players pretending to care- has it had it's day?

It wasnt a superlative performance but one that will do. However, with most of the top order sitting in the pavilion at 144/6, it was left to the Captain Misbah-ul-Haq who guided his team to a reasonable 231/7 after Pakistan had won the toss.

Sometimes when things happen, they happen for the best reasons (For Muslims we call it Maslehat-e-Khudawandi) 

The IPL fixing scandal will play out its full course and possibly more stringent controls will come in place, making it more difficult for such things to happen again. The SLPL, BPL and CPL will all need to have a close look at how they will tackle this issue - all power to them!

If the PSL had taken place and IPL type of fixing had been discovered in Pakistan then the repercussions on Pak cricket would have been enormous!

Thank God, it didnt happen and we can sit and watch this drama play out in India but there is a lesson in there for the PCB and those who wanted this in Pakistan - just hope they are taking notes for the future!

Dennis Lillee and Malcolm Marshall posessed more ingedients of the complete pace bowler than anyone.However they still did not posess the pace of Michael Holding or Shoaib Akhtar,the accuracy of Garner and Ambrose,the control of Hadlee and Mcgrath or the equal ability to reverse swing a ball like Waqar,Wasim and Imran.
